Managed IT Services

As a full-service managed services provider, GDP follows a consistent, repeatable process with predictable outcomes and levels of support. That's why we've developed an approach to managed services that's documented, maintained, and backed by a strong set of SLAs.

Our expert technicians monitor and maintain the health and reliability of your computers and network remotely, acting immediately, 24 x 7, to fix any problems that arise – 99% of the time without ever needing to come to your site!

Our approach to managed services includes:

24 x 7 Monitoring and Remediation - GDP Network Operations Center (NOC) systems will monitor your in-scope systems on a 24/7 365 basis and GDP personnel will remediate and escalate events as they're detected.

1 Hour Ticket Response Time - GDP NOC staff acknowledges and respond to tickets within one hour, and work to solve the issue until resolved.

Patch Management - GDP staff follow a standard, secure process for evaluating critical and security updates as they are released, testing and deploying those patches as needed.

Systems Administration - GDP personnel act as an extension of your IT staff, performing administration tasks to support the critical elements of your infrastructure.

Problem Resolution and Reporting - GDP staff respond to events as they are detected, and see the issue through to resolution. We also provide reporting not only on those events, but on the overall health and status of your environment.

Many problems are prevented entirely.

Previously time-consuming chores handled for you include:
Security and virus sweeps, monitoring, patching, firewall maintenance
Verifying data backups
Optimizing computer performance
Network, hub, switches, and network device management
Software and driver updates and more!

Most problems that arise are fixed for you, remotely, at no additional charge.

It’s in our interest to make sure you experience fewer IT problems, not more, unlike traditional technical and repair services that charge you exorbitant hourly rates.
